_{Yo! I while ago now I was working on making Hippocampi lines for an adoptable I was creating, (#4 here) when I thought "Hey wouldn't it be pretty awesome if I made this into a full-customizable template thing" So I set about planning the thing. You know how sometimes you have this really great idea but when planning on how to do said great idea, you go "holy shit what have I gotten myself into". This was one of those. There are so many freakin layers in this .psd I lost count. In retrospect I probably went a little overboard but eh; do you even care?

Every element has been hand drawn by yours truly!_{yes, even those scales; all those scales...}
